The backdrop to the BBC's " Reporting Scotland " news bulletin is a view of Glasgow which appears to be " live " .Me and the misses are arguing over wether it's view through a window behind the presenter ( you could see snow falling over the city by the river Clyde ) ..or just a tv picture projected onto a screen .... any clues folks ?

Why does the BBC weather map of Britain show England on a different scale to Scotland? If you look at the map it seems as if the distances between places in England is more than places the same distance apart in Scotland. If the Scotland games were all shown on BBC would you still go to the pub to watch them? When Scotland's on the pubs are always mobbed, it's a fight trying to make your way to the bar, let alone finding somewhere to sit/stand/lean against. Quarter of an hour to get served (if yer lucky). Nae smoking now either and in Dundee ye canna take any alcohol outside, so ye run the risk o somecunt swiping yer drink and/or seat everytime ye want a smoke. So ye say to some random boy, 'here mate look after wir drinks for us eh'. And that's no good. At the end ye always end up coming oot smelling like a brewery cos o the amount of lager that's been spilled on you. And see trying to find a taxi when Scotland are on!! Nae chance, you're walking home son. Must admit though ye canna beat the atmosphere in pubs, especially games like the one against France, ye canna get that sitting it the house. I'm starting to ramble, so if you had the choice would you rather go out or just stay in?

I just heard on the BBC that a study in Scotland shows that the population there is decreasing to a point? where it will damage their economy. So why is it that all I read on YA and in newspapers is that we are over run with immigrants?
