I just heard on Sky Sports News that Hibbs are 2 points behind Celtic?

I was just wondering, do Scotland get 2 automatic entries into the Champions league? or is it one automatic place and one qualification entry. FQ; If Hibbs beat Celtic to 2nd, and CL football, what will this mean for the club?
