BBC News Scotland

Is the view of Glasgow behind the reporter on BBC Scotland news a window or a tv picture?

The backdrop to the BBC's " Reporting Scotland " news bulletin is a view of Glasgow which appears to be " live " .Me and the misses are arguing over wether it's view through a window behind the presenter ( you could see snow falling over the city by the river Clyde ) ..or just a tv picture projected onto a screen .... any clues folks ?

  1. It is from a camera on top of the studios
  2. Picture on a screen - Reporting Scotland reporters rarely leave Glasgow or in fact their cosy studio - they just use the old blue screen for anything. I'm surprised you care - I watch the Russian news now for proper news with actual facts in it.
  3. blue screen. i was dismayed when i learnt in college this year that almost everything is blue screen, ruined the illusion, whatever that illusion was. looks pretty real though doesnt it.
  4. Its a window, live real view.
