What's the name of the waltz music played on BBC History of Scotland?

I saw this programme last night (10/1/2009) and the piece of music was played while Neil Oliver was on top of a lighthouse. It's a haunting piece of music, sounds like it might be an Eastern European waltz or mazurka.
